Oh, how I've missed my kitchen!
It has been weeks since I last cooked a good meal in my kitchen. I'm pretty sure the most action it has seen is my water kettle boiling water. But with the craziness of work behind me and a long weekend at my leisure, I had the luxury of making myself a lovely home-cooked meal again.
I’m pretty sure about 200 people in the city of Toronto are still feeling the effects of all the sugar that was consumed yesterday at the second ever CupcakeCamp Toronto.
Thirty-eight bakers. About 50 different flavours. More than 180 eaters. 2000 cupcakes. You know sugar madness was about to ensue.
